Bruderheim Community Church is seeking a dedicated Lead Pastor committed to spiritually guiding our congregation and impacting the local community. This full time role emphasizes moral integrity and genuine care for all members.

As Lead Pastor, your primary mission is to shepherd our community with a focus on Biblical teachings and personal connection. You’ll lead insightful worship services and provide pastoral care during significant life events. Your role supports a vibrant board, experienced admin assistant, and engages the congregation on their spiritual journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead meaningful worship services with Biblically grounded sermons
• Foster spiritual and practical growth within the congregation
• Fulfill pastoral duties like weddings,



funerals, and celebrations
• Provide support to hospital visitors and shut-ins
• Attend church and community events for engagement

Requirements:
• Degree or in progress from a Theological institution
• Recognized by a religious governing body
• Passion for teaching and encouraging the congregation
• Experience in mission or ministry preferred
• Relational with all ages in the community
