In this role, you'll support the Colas West Companies through comprehensive legal services, from M&A; to claims management and regulatory compliance. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in construction law, willing to expand their expertise in a energetic environment focused on infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and analyze construction contracts
• Address collections matters and enforcement activities
• Provide guidance on builders' lien and bond matters
• Assess and manage insurance claims
• Conduct compliance reviews and real estate transactions

Requirements:
• Law degree with Alberta legal practice license
• 4-7 years in a relevant legal setting
• Extensive experience in construction contracts and claims
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with legal research methods
