As a permanent full-time member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will influence the member experience strategy and foster a member-centric culture. Overseeing key functions, you’ll enhance growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement across various channels. The role is pivotal in ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Weyburn Credit Union’s Member Experience Strategy
• Champion a culture centered on member satisfaction
• Drive initiatives to enhance loyalty and engagement




• Monitor performance indicators and organizational goals
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen member relationships

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven success in leading member-focused teams
• Robust strategic planning and performance management skills
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities
