Due to continued referral growth across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, we are seeking Occupational Therapists who are passionate about community-based practice and client-centered care. Compensation
$65–$80 per hour (all work is compensable - travel, documentation, etc.)

What We Offer

Paid 2-month onboarding period tailored to your experience level which includes mentorship, shadowing opportunities and gradual caseload development support

Paid monthly clinical support meetings after onboarding

Shadowing opportunities

Significant mentorship and peer support from clinicians with 30+ years of experience offered throughout onboarding and ongoing

Admin support for invoicing referral sources

Access to clinical resources for assessment and treatment approaches

Diverse caseload spanning vocations, cultures and life experiences and various referral sources including ICBC, WorkSafe BC, Veterans Affairs Canada, LTD, EHB and private pay clients

Flexibility and autonomy to work in all clinical domains including physical, cognitive and mental health

Typical referrals include concussion and brain injury rehabilitation, physical injury management, return-to-work planning, mental health support, functional assessments, and community reintegration

Flexible scheduling that promotes autonomy and self-determination to shape your own lifestyle

Electronic medical record and scheduling system provided (Jane App) to support easy and efficient billing practices

Complete clinical and functional assessments for clients (young adults to seniors) with physical , cognitive , and mental health injuries in the community

Support clients in various setting including at home , in the community and in the workplace





Develop and implement evidence-based treatment interventions

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Participate in mentorship and training meetings

Liaise with stakeholders to support client care

Provide clear and concise interpersonal communication skills

Organize and manage your own caseload

Complete and timely documentation and billing practices

Metro Vancouver & the Fraser Valley

Essential Qualifications

Registered OT in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

Professional Liability Insurance

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proficient with Microsoft Suite and online platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in physical injury, brain injury, and mental health domains

Continuing education in a variety of clinical domains

2+ years in return-to-work planning

Community-based experience

Self-directed, growth mindset and receptive to feedback
