This Controller role is a hands-on position requiring expertise in QuickBooks or Xero, with 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience. You'll manage day-to-day finances, including payroll within Ceridian Dayforce, while ensuring our financials remain audit-ready. Your work will directly impact financial operations at a profitable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own all financial operations using QuickBooks/Xero
• Manage payroll end-to-end within Ceridian Dayforce
• Coordinate month-end close and ensure accuracy
• Handle audit documentation and client onboarding tasks
• Build and maintain financial models with advisors

Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of accounting experience
• CPA, CA strongly preferred
• Proven capability to run payroll independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in services or agency businesses is a plus
