Reporting to the Chief Psychologist, the RBA will drive impactful behaviour consultation and interventions tailored for students. You will provide professional development to school staff, enhancing their capacity to address behavioural needs in classrooms. This position requires deep expertise in Applied Behaviour Analysis and a collaborative spirit to engage effectively with educators and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a caseload for behaviour assessment and support




• Provide direct and indirect services, including data monitoring
• Supervise and coach non-regulated behaviour staff
• Assist in proactive planning for safety concerns
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Certified RBA in good standing
• Minimum three years related experience
• Strong knowledge of functional behavioural assessments
• Proven intervention experience with complex needs
