About this Role The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning,



execution and financial performance of assigned construction projects from start-up through completion. This role works closely with management, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Review estimates, contracts and specifications and establish project budgets, schedules and execution plans. Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate project start-up requirements, including permits, locates, drawings, shop drawings and procurement. Coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers with the Superintendent to meet project requirements. Monitor progress, quality and scope compliance through regular site visits and inspections. Financial & Contract Management Manage the financial performance of the project, including cost tracking, coding, forecasting and monthly projections to completion.
