Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings and interviews • Source candidates via job boards and professional networks • Collaborate with managers on recruitment needs and strategies • Support onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends for informed decision-making
Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Minimum three years in full-cycle recruitment • Robust knowledge of recruitment best practices • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication skills in English and French
