We are seeking a creative Outreach and Engagement Specialist to help highlight our narrative and strengthen relationships with communities, industry stakeholders, and government partners. This role focuses on coordinating tour experiences, crafting compelling content, and executing strategies that reinforce our reputation as a leader in the marine industry. You will manage partnerships and ensure that our outreach initiatives align with corporate values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate exceptional shipyard tours for guests and stakeholders
• Create impactful presentations and social media content




• Develop and execute strategic engagement initiatives
• Work across teams to deliver communications aligned with goals
• Manage community donations and sponsorships

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Communications or related field
• 3+ years in stakeholder engagement or communications
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in engagement strategy development
• Graphic design skills are an asset
