Within our CSN Collision Center , integrated into our car dealership, we are looking for a qualified Class 1 Dent Repair Specialist to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring the exterior of vehicles by removing dents and imperfections while ensuring high-quality finishes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to vehicle restoration and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a good knowledge of automotive repair techniques.

Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage to determine the best approach for dent removal and body repair

Use specialized tools and techniques to carefully remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint or finish

Repair or replace damaged panels as needed, ensuring seamless integration with the existing bodywork

Keep detailed records of repairs performed, including parts used and procedures followed





Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times

Use financial management software for billing and efficient tracking of repair orders

Qualifications

Proven experience in auto body repair or dent removal (ideally Class 1)

Familiarity with automotive repair tools and techniques, including paintless dent removal methods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a energetic environment
