Borderless AI seeks a dedicated DevSecOps & IT Operations Engineer to drive operational efficiency. You will oversee activities from onboarding to secure hardware erasure while managing compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 using Vanta. Additionally, you'll maintain cloud environments on AWS, manage CI/CD pipelines, and conduct penetration testing for security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding and secure hardware decommissioning
• Own and maintain SOC 2 compliance programs
• Perform OS and database upgrades on AWS




• Coordinate annual penetration tests with third-party vendors
• Communicate security requirements to non-technical teams

Requirements:
• Background in Information Systems or IT operations
• Experience with AWS and cloud maintenance
• Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies
• Interest in compliance frameworks; SOC 2 knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on experience with SAML identity providers like Okta
