Human Resources Advisor – Employee Experience & Business Partnership
Teledyne Digital Imaging, part of Teledyne Technologies, develops advanced imaging solutions used in industries ranging from manufacturing and medical imaging to machine vision and surveillance. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Advisor who enjoys combining employee support with strategic partnership.

In this role, you will be a trusted resource for employees and leaders, helping create a positive employee experience while driving key HR processes across the organisation. What you'll do

ServeasthefirstpointofcontactforemployeeHRinquiriesandsupport.

Partnerwithmanagersonemployeelifecycleactivities,includingonboardingandoffboarding.

Provideguidanceonperformance,employeerelations,workplaceaccommodations,andorganisationaleffectiveness.

Buildstrongrelationshipswithleadersandsupportteamdevelopmentandengagementinitiatives.

DriveannualHRprocessessuchasrecruitment,performancemanagement,compliance,training,andcompensationprograms.





Supporttalentacquisitionactivities,includingrequisitions,interviews,andhiringdecisions.

AnalyseHRdataandprovideinsightstosupportworkforcedecisions.

Conductexitinterviewsandidentifyopportunitiestoimproveemployeeexperience.

Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoimplementHRprojectsandinitiatives.

Salary Range:
$56,200.00-$74,900.000
