About the Role
J.R. Accounting Services CPA's Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join our team in a core client advisory and file review role. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional looking for clear partnership track opportunities , or an experienced CPA seeking a high-value role with true schedule flexibility.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

Assurance & Financial Reporting: Lead and review Compilation engagements (approx. 90% of file volume) and Review engagements (approx. 10%).

Taxation & Advisory: Execute complex tax planning strategies, corporate tax reorganizations, section elections, and tax rollovers.

Compliance: Oversee complete tax preparation, including Corporate (T2), Personal (T1), Estate/Trust (T3), and Registered Charity (T3010) returns.

Tax & Standards: Apply thorough,



practical knowledge of GST/PST compliance and ASPE / CPA Canada Handbook standards.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

Professional Designation: Active CPA designation with solid public accounting experience.

Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced expertise in CaseWare / Case View , TaxCycle , and Microsoft Excel (advanced data manipulation and modeling).

Tax Planning: In-depth understanding of Canadian corporate and personal tax planning principles.

Bonus Asset: Experience with U.S. personal or cross-border tax preparation is considered a valuable asset.
