Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Team Lead on behalf of our client in Winnipeg, MB .
Full time, Permanent.
Location: Winnipeg, MB.
Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Support Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees in daily operations
Delegate tasks and prioritize workflow to meet operational requirements
Train and mentor new hires and temporary staff
Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management
Support workforce planning and daily operational objectives
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused team culture
Warehouse Operations Perform and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities
Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies as required
Complete and review warehouse documentation, including shipping records, manifests, and inventory reports
Load and unload freight manually and using material handling equipment
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, power jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
Support efficient warehouse flow and inventory management processes
Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, ISO, and company quality standards
Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and best practices
Participate in incident prevention and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards
Support audits and regulatory compliance activities as required
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
Experience in GMP, GDP, GxP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments is considered an asset
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties as required
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
