The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Work in a safe manner, lead by example and participate in the company safety program.
Creating & update service orders as required throughout the repair process.
Source & order component repair parts. Stage parts for technicians.
Ensure accurate costing of all parts and services required to complete orders.
Enter daily timecards for our technicians.
Prepare basic component repair quotes and communicate options with the customer via phone and/or email.
Communicate with vendors on order updates.
Work in a team environment to efficiently achieve a high standard of quality and service to Applied's extensive customer base




Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications: Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office and ERP software (SAP preferred)
Related service experience in a shop environment
Experience with procurement and inventory management best practices
General understanding of steel components, properties and related welding and machining procedures.
Service orientated with exposure to quality assurance and quality control.
Ability to read, interpret and apply codes, standards, specifications, and drawings.
Ability to prioritize and number of tasks and complete a variety of work assignments within structured deadlines.
Extremely high level of attention to detail and strong root cause analysis skill.
Ability to use both written and verbal skills to effectively communicate technical information.
