Be part of Sureway Construction as a Lead Hand specializing in the Water & Sewer Division, located in Edmonton. This seasonal role requires a dedicated individual ready to handle challenging work conditions.

In your role as Lead Hand, you’ll be pivotal in supporting pipelayers and keeping projects on track. You will set up batter boards and manage daily operations while ensuring safety and efficiency across the site. Your experience will guide crews towards meeting production targets while tracking tools and overseeing workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read grade sheets to assist pipelayers
• Set up and maintain batter boards
• Facilitate communication between crew and foreman
• Oversee daily production and tool tracking
• Implement and promote safety standards

Requirements:
• At least 2 years as a Lead Hand in Water & Sewer
• Familiarity with shooting grades using Rod and Level
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• A personal vehicle is essential
• CSA approved steel-toed boots required
