Willow Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer communications across the full relationship with Willow, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback. You will drive the migration to Braze, define events and attributes with product/engineering, and oversee lifecycle for the Shopify-powered OTC line.
You will partner with analytics to optimize retention, LTV, and churn, while balancing promotional and transactional communications across channels.
