Number of positions: 1 Expected Enrolment: N/A Work Start Date: September 14, 2026 Work End Date: December 31, 2026 Total Work Hours: 28 Hourly Rate: AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027) The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31. Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay. Requirements and Nature of Work NATURE DU TRAVAIL – NATURE OF WORK
The Centre for Research on Health and Nursing is looking for a health sciences student to provide administrative support to the Palliative Care and Nursing Ethics hub. This RA will be responsible for various administrative activities including but not limited to managing e-mail distribution lists, communicating with hub members, organizing internal hub gatherings, and preparing annual reports of hub activities.
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES – MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Student in a Faculty of Health Sciences program (required)
Good organizational and time-management skills (required)
Prior experience providing admin for a university-affiliated research team (asset)
Prior volunteer or clinical experience in a palliative care setting (asset)
Prior engagement with the Palliative Care and Nursing Ethics hub (asset)
NIVEAU DE COMPÉTENCE D’UNE LANGUE SECONDE – LEVEL OF COMPETENCE IN SECOND LANGUAGE High level of competence in both written and spoken French and English
