Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in healthcare and institutional construction to handle major projects. With at least 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and procurement processes while ensuring successful project execution. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all stages from pre-construction to occupancy
• Develop and maintain budgets and project reporting




• Manage contractor selection and contract negotiations
• Track financial performance and change orders
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or similar discipline
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Successful management of projects exceeding $50 million
• Knowledge of institutional construction practices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other management tools
