The successful candidate will be employed directly by TenoEight.About The RoleThe Insurance Sales Advisor is responsible for generating new business and providing expert advice to individuals seeking insurance and financial protection solutions through high volume phone calls. This role is focused on direct-to-consumer sales, working with individuals rather than group or corporate clients. or similar advisory environments (software sales, door to door sales, etc.)Experience handling high volume telephone calls an assetDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management toolsExperience conducting consultative sales conversations and needs assessmentsExperience and comfort performing a high volume of daily sales calls (inbound leads and cold calls)Critical CompetenciesClient Centric – Prioritizes and takes action based on the needs of both internal and external clients. Demonstrates strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting requirements, industry trends, and regulatory expectations while maintaining a client-first approach.CompensationAt the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000, plus variable, uncapped commission. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training.
