In this role, you will lead Quality Engineering initiatives for both new and existing programs. Interface with Engineers and Account Managers to establish control plans and gauge requirements tailored to customer specifications. The position also involves conducting quality reviews, championing improvement initiatives, and managing customer concern responses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives on Current and Current Programs as assigned
• Prepare and manage PPAP documentation
• Set up SPC systems, charts, and control limits
• Ensure compliance with Quality Standards and customer requirements
• Engage in IATF Audits and assist in audits

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-year College Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years experience in Quality Engineering
• Full proficiency in SPC software programs
• CAD experience preferred
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and audits

Play a crucial role in advancing quality assurance at Cooper Standard.
