Responsibilities Thisis a full time, on-site position located in Williams Lake, BC. The Specialistwill provide exceptional customer service while managing large-scale salesprojects, from initial planning to final execution. Responsibilities includeguiding customers through the sales process, preparing project proposals,coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials (to thestore and to the customer's address, if applicable), and building strongcustomer relationships to achieve and foster repeat business.
Qualifications Proficiencyin Project Sales and Sales techniques to identify customer needs and closeprojects effectively.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive and professional relationships.




Ability to accurately quote orders of building materials, kitchens, windows,doors, etc.
Ability to read plans.
Ability to run the store's shed program.
Ability to organize truck deliveries to local and out of town customers.
Experience in ordering and receiving materials.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, organization, andmanagement of timelines and resources.
Additional assets include ability to read blueprints(optional), productknowledge in home improvement, solid problem-solving skills, and the abilityto work as part of a collaborative team.
