Our client, a highly esteemed boutique in downtown Toronto, is in search of an Employment Lawyer to join their growing practice.

About the Role
Provide legal advice to clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-related files from inception through resolution.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of employment-related legal documents.
Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
Conduct legal research and develop practical, strategic solutions to client matters.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide commercially minded legal advice.
The Offer
The firm offers competitive remuneration ranging between $150,000 - $190,000, a comprehensive benefits package,

What You Bring
5+ years of post-call experience practicing employment law in Ontario.
Strong experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters.
Experience with employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal matters.
Robust knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and applicable case law.
Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
