In this advanced role, you will act as a strategic member of the senior management team within RBC Phillips Hager & North Investment Counsel. Your mission is to ensure best practices in portfolio management through close collaboration with Investment Counsellors and support teams. You will guide the preparation of Investment Policy Statements and address the unique needs of high net worth clients while fostering a results-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in regional/national strategy enhancements
• Conduct pre-approval reviews for investment policies




• Serve as a resource for complex portfolio issues
• Oversee client portfolio strategies and risk management
• Address training needs and provide development sessions

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Economics required
• At least 10 years in investment management
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory environments
• Some travel may be necessary
