Job Description Own the security, governance, and administration of the Snowflake setting, partnering with Security, Data Governance, Privacy, and vendors to protect sensitive data, enforce access controls, and maintain a compliant, audit-ready platform.
Key Responsibilities Protect sensitive data through masking policies, row access controls, and ongoing monitoring.
Support audits, compliance requirements, SNC remediation, and ownership validation across Sentinel, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
Classify and tag sensitive data; manage automated tagging and policy enforcement.
Support Snowflake-Collibra integration for data cataloging, lineage, governance, and access workflows.
Design and maintain RBAC models, role hierarchies, and access reviews following least-privilege principles.
Administer Snowflake accounts, databases, warehouses, and resource monitors.
Monitor platform performance, query efficiency, and cost consumption.
Provide operational support to data engineering and analytics teams.

Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
2-5 years of experience in security, data governance and or, compliance with the skills mentioned below.
SQL, database design, and performance optimization
Strong grasp of cloud security principles, data classification, and RBAC / access governance
Hands-on experience with Snowflake governance features (object tagging, masking / row access policies, classification) Familiarity with Collibra (or comparable governance / catalog tools) and integration workflows
Collaborative approach working across security, governance, and data teams
Experience with SailPoint IAM
