Role Responsibilities Review and compare AI generated responses in therapeutic style conversations.
Evaluate outputs based on empathy, emotional insight, communication quality, and appropriateness.
Provide improved rewrites when responses do not meet structured quality standards.
Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency in submissions.
Work independently in a fast paced remote project workplace.
Requirements Strong written communication and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to assess tone and emotional nuance.
Ability to follow structured criteria and quality benchmarks.
