As the Mine Trainer, you will closely collaborate with the Mine Superintendent to enhance operational safety and efficiency. You'll be responsible for delivering effective training programs, managing documentation of training protocols, and advocating for a culture of safety and continuous growth while working in both field and office settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train employees on protected equipment operation
• Coordinate training sessions with contractors and departments
• Update SOPs and maintain training documentation
• Foster a strong safety and environmental culture
• Engage in continuous quality and production improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ underground mining experience
• Must have Train the Trainer accreditation
• Knowledge of OHS legislative requirements
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
