Your Opportunity
Our Oakville Office is looking for Co-op or Intern Students to join the Administration Team in January 2027 for a 4-month work term. This is a net new role and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

Perform clerical related duties such as typing of correspondence, photocopying, scanning, mass mailings to clients and internal mail delivery within the office

Data entry related duties while paying close attention to detail

Collect data, generate reports and updating various internal software systems

Intake, collaborate and organize client data and information including filing and storing information using Ifirm software and other tools within the BDO systems

Support professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested

Develop and maintain productive working internal and external relationships

This position will be an in-office role

Your Experience And Education

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required

You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork

You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks





You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding

You have excellent attention to detail

You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential & time-sensitive information

You have a desire to learn and take on new challenges

This position requires you to be in the Oakville office 5 days a week

The expected salary for this role is between $34,000 - $56,000.
