As a Recreation Therapist, you'll play a key role within Sienna's community. Your focus will be on assessing and implementing recreational activities that cater to seniors’ needs and interests. You will be responsible for developing care plans, evaluating their effectiveness, and guiding your team in delivering engaging programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recreation therapy activities and outings per residents' needs
• Create individualized care plans based on resident interests
• Ensure thorough evaluation of programs and assessments




• Supervise documentation and assist recreation therapy assistants
• Maintain accurate records for all care delivered

Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation/Leisure Studies or equivalent
• Experience working with seniors for a minimum of 3 years
• Good standing member of relevant skilled associations
• Registered Therapy Therapist in progress in Ontario
• Background checks as per provincial regulations
