Working under the Proposal Supervisor, you will handle the coordination of RFx submissions from start to finish. With 2-4 years in proposal coordination, your strong writing and organizational skills are essential to managing competing priorities. This role emphasizes teamwork and high-quality deliverables in a demanding workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate RFx responses independently and for larger projects
• Drive alignment during proposal and kickoff meetings
• Review and analyze RFx documents for compliance




• Maintain schedules and oversee document submissions
• Tailor proposal content to client evaluation criteria

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant proposal coordination experience
• Strong writing, editing, and client-focused communication skills
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Ability to manage risks and propose solutions
• APMP certification is an asset
