Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair building systems, including plumbing and electrical
• Assist with gardening, landscaping, and pest control efforts
• Schedule and oversee subcontract inspections and repairs




• Monitor and replace lighting fixtures and call lights
• Complete maintenance checklists and update records accordingly

Requirements:
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Experience in general maintenance roles is required
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Supervisory experience is considered an asset
• Ability to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
