Reporting to the Regional Director, Lease Documentation, you will support the Lease Documentation department in delivering quality services. Your responsibilities will include preparing executive summaries, circulating documentation packages, and managing the SharePoint Property Portal. Your experience in real estate is vital, making you an essential part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft executive summaries for leases and amendments
• Circulate documentation packages for approvals
• Distribute and post executed documentation to SharePoint




• Run credit checks and maintain documentation records
• Assist in developing standardized lease policies and procedures

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of administrative experience in real estate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Familiarity with Yardi and Deal Manager is an asset
• Excellent proof-reading capabilities and detail-oriented approach
