Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the Muffin Mixer #2 efficiently
• Keep scaling and mixing areas organized and clean
• Adhere to Mixing Schedule and formulas
• Complete daily log sheets and operational checklists
• Assist in equipment maintenance and cleaning

Requirements:
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg
• Authorization for scissor lift operation required
• Solid communication skills among team members
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices is essential
