Run the yard and plan the loads. You'll move finished panels, gates and kits with a forklift, then build the load plan that decides what goes on which truck and in what order — first stop off the truck comes on last. This is the role that keeps a full trailer from becoming a two-hour unload.

What we're looking for

Valid forklift certification

2+ years yard, warehouse or loading experience

Comfortable building and reading a load plan / route sequence

Careful with product — panels and gates mark easily

Lift 50 lbs repeatedly, outdoors year-round
