As a Swim Coach, you will implement the program curriculum while collaborating with support staff to enhance participants' experiences. Your role is crucial in creating inclusive programs that adapt to individual needs, ensuring every participant thrives in a nurturing atmosphere. You will receive ongoing training and mentorship, making this an ideal prospect for dedicated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans aligned with participant abilities
• Use adaptive coaching methods for various needs
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with Onsite Supervisors for participant success
• Assess swimming skills and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year coaching experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Swim Instructor certification required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Clear criminal record check and references
