As a Supportive Housing Team Lead with Pacifica Housing, you will lead and support housing initiatives while mentoring less experienced staff. Your role includes advocating for tenants, coordinating case management, and fostering community partnerships. You will implement personalized support plans and actively respond to tenants' needs while ensuring compliance with all policies and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor personalized support plans with tenants
• Assist in case management and service referrals
• Advocate for tenants with community organizations




• Provide life skills training and support services
• Ensure crisis intervention and emergency response

Requirements:
• Degree in social services or related field required
• Three years’ experience in social services, one year in supervision
• Knowledge of Housing First and harm reduction practices
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license and First Aid certification
