Yee Hong is excited to open the Ng Siu Chan Centre and seeks a passionate Cook II to bring a high standard of culinary care to our residents. In this role, you will prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals, ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations. Your expertise and creativity will play a vital role in enhancing the residents' daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food and snacks per established menus
• Accurately serve portions to ensure quality dining
• Keep cooking and storage areas clean and organized
• Log food temperatures and maintain safety standards
• Support stock management for timely replenishment

Requirements:
• Completion of Chef Training diploma required
• At least 3 years of relevant cooking experience
• Valid Food Handler Safety Certificate
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine preferred
• Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
