Boardwalk is seeking a detail-oriented Experienced Cleaner to help maintain our Calgary properties. Your role will ensure that our rental apartments and common areas are clean, secure, and inviting.

As an Experienced Cleaner, you'll work at our popular locations in Broadway Centre or Patrician Village. This job requires at least two years of cleaning experience. You'll be responsible for cleaning various facilities, from stairwells to laundry areas, while maintaining a team-oriented spirit and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize various building areas and amenities
• Perform touch-ups on vacant suites as needed
• Organize interior and exterior waste collection
• Assist with snow removal duties as required
• Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment

Requirements:
• 2 years of prior cleaning experience required
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to spend significant time walking and lifting
• Excellent time-management skills
