We're seeking an IT Assistant to support a dynamic team during the Canada Games. This full-time role spans until March 19, 2027, and emphasizes your skills in troubleshooting and technical support. You’ll work closely with the IT team to prepare and configure essential equipment, ensuring seamless operations across the venues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for various IT issues
• Assist in setting up and testing equipment for Games venues
• Document and validate IT support tools and procedures




• Collaborate with vendors on incident follow-ups
• Mentor and supervise IT volunteers during the event

Requirements:
• College diploma in IT or relevant field
• One year of experience in IT support
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and hardware troubleshooting
• Solid communication skills in French; English is an asset
• Ability to perform a criminal background check
