Northern Lights College is hiring a part-time Career and College Preparation Instructor to help adult learners thrive. Focus on diverse subjects with both online and in-person teaching methods.

In this position, you will report to the Associate Dean and deliver comprehensive courses in subjects such as Mathematics and Computer Studies. This instructor will need to adapt to a varied teaching environment, assisting students in achieving their educational goals. Strong written and verbal communication paired with teamwork skills are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction in Adult Basic Education areas
• Guide students in a multi-faceted learning atmosphere
• Facilitate both online and traditional classroom experiences




• Cultivate motivation and academic success among learners
• Collaborate with faculty members on program development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Excellent communication and team-oriented skills
• Valid Class 7N driver's license is mandatory
• Microsoft Office proficiency at an intermediate level
