Maxim is hiring two Trailer Technicians for our Winnipeg Trailers branch. Ideal candidates will have 3rd Level Apprentice to Journeyman qualifications or equivalent experience. This role includes diagnosing unit issues, executing repairs, and maintaining a safe work workplace as an essential team member.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs/service under Shop Foreman supervision
• Test repairs and perform road tests for quality assurance
• Keep comprehensive records on work orders
• Determine issues through detailed diagnostics
• Maintain tools and promote shop safety

Requirements:
• 3rd Level Apprentice to Journeyman designation or experience
• Certification for Government Safety Inspections is an asset
• Interest in ongoing skill enhancement
• Problem-solving and computer skills
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work physically
