Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strength and conditioning initiatives for varsity athletes

Requirements:
• PhD in a relevant field, such as kinesiology
• 8+ years progressive experience in high-performance sports
• Substantial teaching experience in higher education

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
