This full-time, permanent position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to collaborate with the Production and Engineering Departments. You'll be instrumental in developing, evaluating, and refining manufacturing methods while working directly with the General Manager. Your strong communication skills and project management abilities will support product launches and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods for production
• Design workstations, assembly equipment, and robotic tools




• Collaborate on recent product design for safe production
• Participate in tooling qualification and process documentation
• Implement corrective actions during product troubleshooting

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or diploma required
• 3-5 years experience with 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling
• 2-4 years experience with APQP and PPAP
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
