Halton Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Manager to lead the Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit, Geriatrics & Hospital Elder Life Program. You will plan and evaluate high‑quality patient care, hire and develop staff, and work with a cooperative team while maintaining fiscal accountability.
The role requires a health profession degree, current college registration, and at least 3 years in hospital management with rehab experience.
