As a Fleet Coordinator, you will ensure that fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing fuel cards, and tracking equipment data using advanced systems like Samsara. This role also demands your proactive skills and ability to maintain clear communication with shop, field, and project teams for optimal day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections of all fleet assets
• Manage fuel card issuance, tracking, and reconciliation
• Create and manage purchase orders for parts and services




• Track fleet data and ensure records are audit-ready
• Act as the main communication link between teams and vendors

Requirements:
• Previous experience in fleet coordination or maintenance administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tracking systems
• Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
