Join the Lookout Housing and Health Society team as a full time Homemaker. Help create a clean and safe living setting for adults in need at the Lighthouse Shelter.

As a Homemaker, you'll report directly to the Site Manager. This role demands active engagement in cleaning, managing supplies, and offering client support. Your work will involve volunteer coordination and adherence to safety regulations, including fit testing for personal protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning and disinfecting of spaces
• Manage laundry and personal care supply organization
• Organize and direct volunteer activities
• Assist clients with hygiene and nutritional support
• Stay vigilant and attentive throughout shifts

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and one year relevant experience
• Current First Aid Level 1 Certification is needed
• Training in Crisis Intervention is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Criminal Record Clearance required for vulnerable sectors
