We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Labourer for our team. Working on a mandatory rotation of day, afternoon, and midnight shifts, you’ll assist in producing vital components for infrastructure markets. You will support various functions, including production, packaging, quality control, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery for extrusion and coating of products
• Safely cut and package heat shrink sleeves to specifications
• Perform visual quality inspections of finished products




• Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
• Collaborate with machine operators and inspectors to meet targets

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and basic math skills
• Adaptability to rotating shift schedules
