BGC Toronto Kiwanis Club is hiring a Children's Services Coordinator for a maternity leave contract. Spearhead program administration and engage with children aged 6-13 in enriching environments.

In this vital role, you will manage the development and execution of programs aimed at enhancing the welfare of children and youth. Collaborating with the Manager of Programs & Services, you will focus on administrative efficiency and community relationships to foster impactful services. Your leadership will ensure a seamless operational flow in youth programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess programs for children aged 6-13
• Liaise with management on program improvement initiatives
• Hire and manage part time staff effectively




• Keep accurate program registration records
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation in all services

Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field required
• At least 2 years' experience in youth programming
• Certification in CPR and First Aid essential
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Toronto community and its needs
