Dessin de formulaires / Form Design Title Édition du contenu / Content Editing Associate - French Required (Contrat à durée déterminée d'un an- Possibilité de prolongation) Résumé du poste : L’équipe du dessin de formulaires est à la recherche d’une personne minutieuse, débrouillarde et polyvalente qui aime le travail d’équipe. À l'aide d'outils internes, la personne recherchée reproduit les formulaires d'impôt afin de les intégrer dans nos logiciels fiscaux. Concrètement, celle-ci positionnera les colonnes, les tableaux et les champs de texte afin de respecter les exigences du formulaire et ainsi permettre aux utilisateurs de produire des déclarations de revenus. Le télétravail hybride est offert.
Principales responsabilités: Reproduction ou création de nouveaux formulaires d’impôt pouvant être visionnés et imprimés par le logiciel, à l’aide de différents outils internes.
Mise à jour des formulaires déjà implantés ayant fait l’objet de changements.
Contrôle de la qualité (révision et vérification des formulaires et saisie des bancs de tests).
Assister aux révisions par les pairs et conseiller les fiscalistes sur la stratégie à adopter par rapport au dessin de formulaires.
Exigences du poste: 1 année d’expérience en mise en page.
AEC en bureautique ou DEP en secrétariat ou l’équivalent.
Rigueur et souci de la qualité.
Capacité à travailler en équipe.
Respect des échéanciers.
Autonomie.
Facilité à communiquer.
Bon sens de l’organisation.
Disponibilité à faire du temps supplémentaire dans les périodes précédant la livraison des produits.
Atouts : Connaissance de l’anglais parlé et écrit.
Maîtrise d’un logiciel d’édition tel : Microsoft Expression Design (Blend), Pagemaker, QuarkXPress, Publisher ou tout autre logiciel de mise en page ou de dessin.
Aisance avec les logiciels Excel, Word (notamment les fonctions colonnes et tableaux) et les outils informatiques en général.

English Version Follows Form Designer (fixed term one year assignment-extension possible) Job summary: The Form Design team is looking for a meticulous, resourceful and versatile person who enjoys teamwork. Using internal tools, the ideal candidate will reproduce tax forms for integration into our tax software. Specifically, he or she will position columns, tables and text fields to meet the requirements of the form, enabling users to file their tax returns. We offer hybrid remote work.
Main responsibilities: Reproduce or create new tax forms that can be viewed and printed by the software, using a variety of internal tools.
Update forms that have already been implemented and have undergone changes.
Perform quality control (review and verification of forms and test bed entry).
Attend peer reviews and advise tax experts on form design strategy.
Position requirements: One year of page layout experience.
Professional certificate (AEC)



in office automation or professional diploma (DEP) in secretarial studies or equivalent.
