Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies in collaboration with Registered Nurse
• Review and revise unit procedures for optimal care




• Notify physicians of significant resident status changes
• Guide Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Participate actively in shift reports with team members

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare acts and regulations
• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
